Sony Walkman restored in Sony NWZ-ZX1

However, this time, instead of conventional cassette players, the company uses hi-resolution device called Sony NWZ-ZX1.

Sony NWZ-ZX1 is wrapped in a bulky aluminium form. The space for music and other application storage is 128 GB. ZX1 enables a replay of WAV/AIFF, FLAC (192kHz/24bit), and ALAC formats. The player has a 4-inch TFT with a resolution of 854 x 480 pixels for its screen. It also supports photo storing and many video formats. The best quality of the new Walkman player is its capacity of transferring, storing and audio playing with a high-end quality.

Upon its release since at the end of the previous year in its motherland, plenty units have been sold and it continues its market to Europe and many parts in Asia, yet, the US market has not been confirmed.

ZX1 price is $700 per device with its premium package.
