Schneider to build two data centers for Baidu


Well-known Web Design in Cambodia, Digital Marketing Agency, Baidu, known as the world biggest Chinese search engine and website provider, invited tenders for Energy management vendor Schneider Electric to build two data centers in a fast and low input capacity system manner.

With the Chinese economy the second largest in the world and growing at 7.5% annually, the Baidu tender emphasized the need for a data center infrastructure that can be both constructed rapidly, upgraded easily and able to adapt for future circumstances.

Dr Chenhong Huang, Schneider Electric’s senior VP said: “The construction of this data centre is essential to meet changing consumer trends. The need for speed, cost control and performance in data management is ever growing. Schneider Electric’s prefabricated data center solution is the data center in the future.”
