Users unhappy with Facebook’s new strategy


(Web Design in Cambodia, Digital Marketing Agency) – Controversy has arisen after Facebook announced ‘message’ removals from Facebook app on smart mobile devices and Facebook Messenger is to play the entire role of doing messaging works.

Mobile users has expressed displeasures of using two apps instead of one. “Why create two apps to do the work of one app and website that has remained unchanged for years? Bigger is not always better,” said one user in his post on the Apple store.

Facing with negative reviews from users, the online network giant explained its reason: “Our goal is to focus development efforts on making messenger the best mobile messaging experience possible and avoid the confusion of having separate Facebook mobile messaging experiences.”

Following the news, the Messenger app has one-star reviews from approximately 50,000 users on online app stores. This indicates the disapproval of users towards the famous social networking messaging app.
