(Web Design in Cambodia, Digital Marketing Agency, restartbox.com)- Following reports claiming that China was to ban agencies in the country from buying Apple products, China’s chief procurement has now made it clear that the government has never imposed such prohibition, albeit concerning security matters.
This means the government can still purchase Apple products such as MacBook laptops and iPad tablets.
Evidently, many of the products mentioned were available for purchase on the Central Government Procurement Centre website, except for a brief period late Thursday when sales were temporarily halted for a monthly price adjustment.
“Every month we have one price adjustment to make sure the prices are aligned with market prices,” said a person familiar with the procurement process. “We’ll stop purchases and then restart after they’re aligned.”
