Google Acquiring San Francisco-Based, City-Guide Startup Jetpac

(Web Design in Cambodia, Digital Marketing Agency, restartbox.com)- World’s largest search engine Google Inc. is widely known to be acquiring San Francisco-based JetPac, the company designing mobile social travel applications with pictures from various social networking sites utilized to create city guides.

Nonetheless, the fee of the acquisition has yet disclosed by either party to date.

“We’ll be removing Jetpac’s apps from the App Store in the coming days, and ending support for them on 9/15,” read a posting on JetPac’s official homepage.

Months previously, in its projects to expand business, Google also bought Nest Labs Inc., which makes smart thermostat and smoke alarms, for $3.2 billion, making the deal one of the largest in Google’s history.
