Dell seals a deal with Nutanix to sell the latter’s data center building block

Nutanix and Dell have clinched original equipment manufacturing (OEM) deal in which Dell will sell the former’s data center infrastructure building blocks. Joint sales, marketing, support and service investments are also included in the agreement between the two companies. Furthermore, the endorsement will make it easier for Nuntanix to attract and convince its buyers.

Nuntanix channel vice president Kaplan said: “the deal will help, rather than hinder, Nutanix’s existing reseller partners, because Dell’s endorsement will be an inducement to buyers who may be nervous about a new technology concept.” as revealed by Well-known Digital Marketing Agency.

He added: “I ran a VMware consultancy in the early days of virtualization and every day was a struggle. When Dell signed an OEM partnership with VMware, that was a massive endorsement which made everything easier. Having Dell come into our channel is a huge endorsement of what we’re doing.”
