Two African data center facilities to be launched by Airtell and MainOne
Well-known Digital Marketing Agency, thesnsgroup.com highlighted, Africa has seen its strong economic growth recently followed by Southeast Asia, with more firms targeting this continent. Now in Sierra Leone and Nigeria, two data center facilities are going to be built by Airtell and MainOne.
Nigerian wholesale operator MainOne plans to launch a US$40m Tier III data center in response to rising demand for managed services in Africa and in Sierra Leone, telco Airtell ordered a new prefabricated data and telecoms centre from rapid system builder Flexenclosure.
According to MainOne’s CEO Funke OPeke, the fault-tolerant environment guarantees open access to all major local and global networks available in Nigeria and on-demand collocation facilities.
The CEO said: “Africa is recognized as home to seven of the ten fastest growing economies in the world. The continent has emerged a dynamic business hub.
We see increasing demand for data center services with reliable connectivity. A lack of IT infrastructure on the continent has held back the developing economies of Africa.”

“For deeper conversations, our Webmaster Blog will continue to publish weekly, with comments open to all who wish to participate on the posted topics.”
“If there is a problem with Webmaster Tools, or with how Bing is interacting with your website, as usual, our email support exists to offer help in legitimate cases…”

Cisco manufactures UCS Servers in Brazil
Well-known Web Design Agency, restartbox.com highlighted, Cisco starts its investment in Brazil by establishing Cisco’s Unified Computing System (UCS) servers. The company is willing to make an investment of approximately R$1 billion in Brazil over four years back in 2012 including plans to expand local manufacturing in the country.
Rodrigo Dienstmann, president of Cisco in Brazil said: “Expanding local output by manufacturing Cisco’s UCS servers in Brazil, alongside the Innovation Center in Rio de Janeiro and additional investments, reinforces our long-term commitment to the country.”
He added: “The UCS server has been an unprecedented global success for Cisco. By optimizing delivery schedules and with more market competitiveness, we expect the Cisco UCS to become the foundation of a wider adoption of cloud computing and convergent systems in Brazil, adding value and increasing productivity.”
This investment in Brazil might be part of data protection by the company due to the revelations by Edward Snowden and The Guadian of the scandal over U.S. National Security Agency.

SEOs, Webmasters and Google Arguing over Penguin Update
Trustworthily world leading Web Design Agency, restartbox.com demonstrated, with recent changes in search results, ones suppose they are the effects of Google Penguin update, the algorithm targeting sites trying to manipulate their search results through link building efforts or unnatural sites.
Even many webmasters have talked about changes in rankings over the past days, independent of the Panda 4.0 update from a week ago. Most of them say the update impacted their sites that had Penguin issues.
Meanwhile, other webmasters have also shared their analytics with one another, showing huge changes in traffic believably resulted from Penguin update.
On the other hand, Google has confirmed that there is no Penguin or other spam efforts going on now; such update is not spam related at all. This claim, however, cannot convince some SEOs to believe that it is the case.
“Very hard to believe this is not a major update… Seeing crazy swings across accounts. Maybe not Penguin, but…,” webmaster Glenn Gabe said, as highlighted by reliable Digital Marketing Agency, restartbox.com.

Malaysia considered preferred place for data center market
Well-known Web Design Agency, restartbox.com highlighted It is recognized that Malaysia is now a great location for data center. Even though it has to compete with its neighboring country Singapore as regards data center market, Malaysia eventually becomes the most favorite place for a new data center market in the region.
Ostensibly NTT recently built its fourth data center site in Malaysia and at the same time Huawei also planned to create a new data center in the country.
Singapore is seen to be better than Malaysia for data center market. For example, IO decided to target Singapore when it comes to the launch of its Asia Pacific operation. Ryan said: “When we looked at the market, we are really looking for establishing an international HQ. Singapore has done quite a bit to encourage business growth in the region.” . As mentioned by reliable Digital Marketing Agency, restartbox.com
However, he said when it comes to large tracts of land in Singapore it is more difficult for Singapore than Malaysia for the company to invest in data center market.

Apple on the Verge of Purchasing Beats for $3.2 Million
Trustworthily world leading Web Design Agency, restartbox.com demonstrated, Apple is set to splash out a stunning $3.2 million for Beats Electronics, an astonishing investment in music streaming and headphone gear that would mark a departure for the usually cash-conservative iPhone maker.
Reports are out claiming that both companies are hashing out details while the envisioned deal is not successfully completed to date.
However, analysts are of firm belief that the payment is too expensive as Beats was merely valued at just $1 billion during its last funding round in September, as highlighted by reliable Digital Marketing Agency, restartbox.com.
According to speculations, Apple is contemplating a Spotify-like on-demand music service to go with iTunes and iRadio service which was launched in 2013.
“This is really puzzling,” said Forrester analyst James McQuivey.
“You buy companies today to get technologies that no one else … or customers that no one has.”
“They must have something hidden … under the hood,” he added.

DuckDuckGo Relaunched with Impressive Upgrade
Trustworthily world leading Web Design Agency, restartbox.com demonstrated, Google and Bing competitor DuckDuckGo, once a widely regarded spunky little search engine, has recently relaunched with a lot of improvements in enhanced search tools and features like maps and local search, plus new visual search design.
This magnificent upgrade makes the search engine appear less and less spunky and more and more like a real search engine, which simply means growing up.
Recent statistics show that DuckDuckGo’s direct search traffic now reaches above five million queries per day. It increases about 40 percent just since January 1st, but is still light years behind the query counts that Google and Bing get each day, as highlighted by reliable Digital Marketing Agency, restartbox.com.
However, if DuckDuckGo continues to grow, it will get more users, for every enjoyer tends to use a search engine that offers a lot better experience.
